*I can attest to LITERALLY EVERYTHING in this video.* I mean literally everything - from the pressure point massages, the diet (EVERYTHING she included and omitted), to the stretch at the end. My jaw dropped because this has literally been my lifestyle for the past two years. To anyone who doubts, I lost over 30 lbs in the first 6 months doing all of this with ZERO exercise. It's not easy, honestly, if you come from the standard North American diet. I literally cook and bake 90% of everything I eat. My life is in the kitchen. I had to retrain my mind and body to be satisfied with these foods when all I wanted to eat sometimes was chips and chocolate. It's hard psychologically. But if you stick to it and don't cheat IT WORKS.
My healthy diet is
1- Don't eat Rice more than one in day
2- Don't drink too much water after eating
3- DON'T EAT RICE AFTER 6

stop sugar salt and all kind of grains and lose 1.5 kg a day. eat boiled eggs (only white). eat grilled or boiled fish and chicken the rest of the day as much as u want drink green tea 3-4 cups a day no exercise needed but a 20 minute cardio workout is strongly recommended.

As we all know today’s generation is mostly spend their time by sitting on computers or who are working in job services. This makes them fatty due to long term sitting and they avoid to taking care about that so for good health they should think about I also suffered for this one and started drinking tea which reduced my weight.
