Caucasian is technically across the middle east/Caspian sea. Western Europeans "liked" how they looked so the term was stolen and popularised by the Nazis in the Third Reich. It's not a thing. "white" is a colloquial term that was invented during slavery and colonialism to describe anyone who was not labelled as a commodity ie couldn't be "sold and bought" as a product. If you scroll down to the "modern racial heirarchies here https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_people
It references a lot of documentation and research into the terminology.
Technically there is no "white culture". There are MANY cultures within western European countries, but they aren't a "white culture" (like an umbrella culture).
PS: this is a powerful video that reminds us of the impact of colonialism reaching throughout generations of first nations peoples. And ultimately slavery was how the first nations peoples' of Africa were robbed of their agency by colonialism.
This isn't about *dwelling* on the past, but genuinely recognising the impact is has had AND contributes towards our modern state and attitudes towards people in our society who do not reflect/share similarity original colonist heritage.
If everyone recognises, with all honesty, that all humans are prone to prejudice and preconceptions, and openly acknowledge that differing sectors of society are disadvantaged/provided stumbling blocks simply due to amount of first nations heritage/melanin content/gender/???? And much more - and actively choses to place ego to the side in order to work on one's personal contribution to this society and change within it? There ends up being no space to hide behind "but it wasn't me it was historical" given the benefits are still experienced by those of colonising heritage.
I agree with those Natives. I do not celebrate those holidays nor do I hold the American flag up. Accept as a symbol of respect to and for those who have do and will serve in the armed forces (not including policemen and women). I am an old Native 2 this land. A Puyallup Tribal member. U r a strong clear thinking handsome young man. YOU stay wise safe and alert to living. Hold whatever threads of your culture u can grasp. They can't take it from your soul. Perhaps our 2 races should join 2gether and take back Turtle Island a.k.a. North America. Take care stay safe. Hoop
Liked your video man! Dakota miye do. Good to see that people like myself are educating themselves and learning the history of the human being and our mother earth. Hopefully, from this education and enlightenment we can put down the hating each other(come on man) and help each other progress and be better human beings (responsibility). Patience, Understanding, Compassion, Respect for one another. All colors, all directions, all people, all life. Mitakuye Owasin!

Waaaaaaah Waaaaah Waaaaaaah. So much butthurt from these people. As if white people didn't have genocides committed against them. Armenians, Greeks, Serbs all died, nobody gives a crap about that. But everyone should feel so sorry for native Americans. Get over it.
Straight White Male yes people should feel bad for them. They’ve had so much taken from them, even to this day there is no justice or recognition to a beautiful people’s. Because of Columbus they are losing their culture. An entire continent was taken from the Native American people, millions died from genocide, thousands forced into slavery and even more raped. These people have suffered enough and are still suffering to this day.
