On February 4, 2015, 9 Dads & Grand Dads and one woman arrested at the North gate of Crestwood. Men are residents of 6 different counties; 83 year old Jim Connor, Schuyler County father of 2, in wheelchair. Among those arrested; two local fathers 64 year old John Dennis, from Lansing and 61 year old Daryl Anderson, from Hector blocking Crestwood's north gate, in memory of their deceased sons. Also arrested: Edgar Brown, 60, Naples, Ontario County Doug Couchon, 64, Elmira, Chemung County Marty Dodge, 72, Canandaigua, Ontario County Peter Drobney, Corning, Steuben County Sharon Kahkonen, 65, Mecklenburg, Schuyler County Peter Tringali, 62,Ithaca, Tompkins County Dwain Wilder, 75, Rochester, Monroe County Total arrest in the sustained We Are Seneca Lake civil disobedience movement against gas storage is 210 as campaign enters 4th month.

During the first half of the show, host Sheriff Steve Tompkins talks with Jay Ash, City Manager of Chelsea, Massachusetts. The City of Chelsea is directly across the Mystic River from the City of Boston. Chelsea was first settled in 1624, established itself as a Town in 1739 and was incorporated as a city in 1857. The City of Chelsea has an estimated population of 35,080 and occupies a land area of 1.8 square miles. In August of 1995, the city implemented a new City Charter, which vested policy and legislative authority in an eleven member City Council and placed strong executive and administrative powers in an appointed City Manager. Jay Ash is only the second City Manager appointed by the City Council for Chelsea.

The National Labor Relations Board is an independent agency of the United States government charged with conducting elections for labor union representation and with investigating and remedying unfair labor practices. Unfair labor practices may involve union-related situations or instances of protected concerted activity. The NLRB is governed by a five-person board and a General Counsel, all of whom are appointed by the President with the consent of the Senate. Board members are appointed to five-year terms and the General Counsel is appointed to a four-year term. The General Counsel acts as a prosecutor and the Board acts as an appellate judicial body from decisions of administrative law judges.
