Irina Viner is a legendary Russian rhythmic gymnastics coach. Her athletes have won a myriad of accolades in the biggest international competitions. The country has also been setting the bar in the sport for many years. Russian rhythmic gymnasts are famous all over the world and their legendary coach Irina Viner is said to have had a revolutionary impact. For athletes to compete professionally, rhythmic gymnastics must become an obsession. They love this sport with all their hearts and are prepared to make the sacrifices. Such dedication is rewarded with top places on world podiums and international recognition. Their role model is Alina Kabaeva, winner of all the Grand Slam titles, and whose multiple achievements mean her name has been written into the history of world rhythmic gymnastics forever. Nowadays Alina organises rhythmic gymnastics festivals, allowing children who enjoy this sport to showcase their talents. These events are very inclusive and athletic ability is no barrier to taking part. Sixteen-year-old homeschooled Cady Heron (Lindsay Lohan) and her zoologist parents (Ana Gasteyer and Neil Flynn) return to the United States after a 12-year research trip in Africa, settling in Evanston, Illinois. Cady attends a public school for the first time, meeting new classmates Janis (Lizzy Caplan) and Damien (Daniel Franzese). The two warn Cady to avoid the school's most exclusive clique, the Plastics, who are led by queen bee Regina George (Rachel McAdams). The Plastics take an interest in Cady, however, and start to invite her to sit with them at lunch. Seeing that Cady is slowly becoming one of The Plastics, Janis hatches a plan of revenge against Regina, using Cady as the infiltrator. Cady soon learns about Regina's "Burn Book", a notebook filled with rumors, secrets, and gossip about the other girls and some teachers. Cady also falls in love with Regina's ex-boyfriend, Aaron Samuels (Jonathan Bennett), whom a jealous Regina steals back at a Halloween party. Cady continues with Janis's plan to cut off Regina's "resources", which involve separating her from Aaron; tricking her into eating nutrition bars that make her gain weight; and turning Regina's fellow Plastics – insecure rich girl Gretchen Wieners (Lacey Chabert) and sweet but ditzy Karen Smith (Amanda Seyfried) – against her. In the process, Cady unwittingly remakes herself in Regina's image, becoming spiteful, superficial, and abandons Janis and Damian. When Regina is finally made aware of Cady's treachery, she responds by spreading around the contents of her Burn Book, quickly inciting a riot. To avoid suspicion, Regina inserts a fake libel of herself in the book in order to blame the only female students not mentioned in the book, The Plastics. Principal Ron Duvall (Tim Meadows) soon quells the riot, and ends up sending all the girls in the school to gather in the auditorium. Math teacher Ms. Sharon Norbury (Tina Fey), whom the Burn Book slandered as a drug dealer, makes the girls mentioned in the book fess up to the rumors and apologize to the other students and teachers. When Janis's turn comes, she confesses her plan to destroy Regina with Cady's help and openly mocks Regina with the support of the entire school. Pursued by an apologetic Cady, Regina storms out and gets hit by a school bus, breaking her spine. Without any friends, shunned by Aaron, and distrusted by everyone, Cady takes full blame for the Burn Book. Her guilt soon dissolves and she returns to her old personality. As part of her punishment for lying and failing Norbury's class, she joins the Mathletes in their competition. There, while competing against an unattractive girl, Cady realizes that mocking the girl's appearance would not stop the girl from beating her. She then realizes that the best thing to do is just solve the problem in front of you and ends up winning the competition after her opponent answers incorrectly. At the Spring Fling dance, Cady is elected Queen, but declares that all her classmates are wonderful in their own way, whereupon she breaks her plastic tiara and distributes the pieces. Cady makes amends with Janis and Damian, reconciles with Aaron, and reaches a truce with the Plastics, who then disband. By the start of the new school year, the fate of the newly-disbanded Plastics are shown. Regina joins the lacrosse team, Karen becomes the school weather reporter, while Gretchen joins and befriends the "Cool Asians." Aaron graduates from high school and attends Northwestern University, Janis and Kevin Gnapoor begin dating, and Cady declares that she is now normal. Regina walks past Cady and smiles, showing that they are now kind to one another. As this happens, Damien points to Cady the new "Junior Plastics" walking by, and Cady imagines the Junior Plastics being hit by a bus.

Given below are some simple steps that will help you all to get rid of a double chin and in the bargain get back a few years onto your face. # Follow the step wise procedure listed below: Step 1: Start the double chin exercise by warm ups. Turn your neck to your right and then back to the center. Step 2: Then turn your neck to the left and back to the center. Repeat this about 2-3 times. Step 3: Now gently tuck your chin and move it to the right. Similarly tuck your chin and then move it to the left side making a semi-circle. Do this for 2-3 times. Step 4: Now lift your chin slowly towards the ceiling. Start moving your lower jaw up and down for a few seconds. By doing this, you will be able to feel the contractions of your vocal muscles. Step 5: Then keeping your chin in a raised position itself, slowly open your mouth and close it. Do 10 reps of this double chin exercise and then relax. Step 6: The next exercise would be to raise your chin upwards to the right side and start jutting the chin for a few seconds. Step 7: Hold the position there and begin to open and close your mouth. Do this for 10 repetitions and come back to the center and relax. Step 8: Similarly turn your chin upwards to left side. Jut your chin for a few seconds and hold the position. Start opening and closing your mouth for about 10 repetitions and then come to the center and relax. With this we come to the end of the double chin exercises. The most confusing thing about health, fitness and weight loss is that so many people believe they are doing it the “right way.” They follow the advice and cut carbs or calories, do all the latest and greatest exercise programs, take the supplements, do the “cleanses” and muster their willpower. And what do they get for their effort? A big fat nothing!! It is agonizing when you put so much into something and get nothing in return. I know, because in my clinical practice I specialized in the most resistant weight loss cases. It is some of the toughest work you can do. A Story Let me tell you about a client of mine. Let’s call her Amber. When we first started working together, she was in her late thirties. She had two girls and a little boy ages 11, 7 and 5. She started working full time when her youngest started school. She gained weight with her first child and had struggled ever since. She was exhausted. She complained of bags under and dark circles around her eyes. She said she had learned to avoid looking in the mirror when she got out of the shower, because it “depressed her.” She said she felt “ugly and looked old.” I remember how that mad me so deeply sad for her. As much as she did not like the way she looked, her more pressing concern is how tired she was. She suffered with what she called “sleeping without sleeping.” She would be asleep but it was like a semi-conscious sleep where she felt on edge. As a result she never felt fully rested. When I asked her what the one thing she most wanted help with was, she immediately said ENERGY. She felt that if she could only have her energy back, she could get back to being herself. The other thing about her was that she was a “hard driver.” I was pretty much amazed how she could do anything I asked her to do and despite her fatigue, got up early before the kids and worked out took care of them, took care of the house and managed her entire household with focus and precision. She was like freakin superwoman! Despite her tight income she spent extra on good quality whole foods for her kids. Spent extra on supplements and tried everything she knew to do despite cost. She was disciplined and determined beyond belief. She told me she had not cheated on her diet in 2 years!! She was even on thyroid medications and had been to several doctors who told her she had “adrenal fatigue.” But after taking the meds (which she was still on) and the herbs and the cleanses she never saw any results. All that work, all that exercise, a strict diet and iron will and no results!! She was utterly mentally and physically spent and teetered back and forth between renewed commitment and giving up completely. The more popular way that “toned abs” is defined is one that refers to a leaner more visible set of abdominal muscles. This is and always will be achieved through a focus on nutrition. You must lower your level of body fat if you want to see the shape of the muscle underneath. If you want to get muscles that are already developed to show more clearly, you have to improve your diet so that your overlying body fat can be decreased. The thick fatty tissue can obscure even the best set of abs at even 12% body fat or more. In order to really see your abs you need to follow a good nutrition plan that can help you to lower your body fat to at least 10% or less (ideally 7%). That said, there are things that you can do in the gym to help increase ab muscle tone that will have an effect on how your muscles look and feel even at rest. You see, every muscle has a resting level of “tone” in it that determines it’s state of activity or alertness. This degree of muscle activation is not under voluntary control. It is there to help keep the muscle in a constant state of alertness and readiness for action. This type of tone can also protect the joints that the muscles are crossing. For instance, when you get tired you may find that your head starts to bend back as you doze off. You likely then get startled back to being awake as your head snaps back to the upright position. This is a defense mechanism triggered by a stretch reflex in the muscles of the anterior or lateral neck. In order to protect the spine from a compressed state, the muscles and their perceived stretch tension are forced to action at a moments notice. The more tone that is present in a resting muscle, the harder it will look and the more impressive it will be. Think about what happens when you hold your arm out to your side and flex your arm. When unflexed the muscle looks softer and less defined. Contract it just a little bit and you immediately see more definition and hardness. In the gym, you can actually increase your resting level of involuntary muscle tone by training the muscles with stretch loaded techniques and increasing the difficulty level of the exercises. For ab exercises and training, this means selecting hanging bar movements. The ab exercises done from a hanging or pullup bar place more of a stretch on the abs in the eccentrically loaded or stretched position. Additionally, they are harder to perform and therefore require the contribution of much more core muscles in order to do them. The increased contribution of the additional muscles awakens the previously dormant or uncalled upon muscle fibers that weren’t needed for the sub maximal intensity exercises and leads to an overall increase in resting tone. Over time, especially when combined with a good diet and nutrition plan, leads to much more visible and hard looking abs at rest. I quickly resolved the issue, but I saw how the bullying had a negative affect on my daughter. As a result, I decided to create a song about the importance of self-love: an anthem with positive affirmations that children could recite daily, reminding themselves that they are beautiful, worthy, priceless, and brilliant. I wanted to include special needs children in the video after speaking with my friend, Alicia Coleman, whose daughter "Ava," is autistic. I learned that special needs children are frequently targeted and bullied. So I invited children with various disabilities including Hearing Impairments, Autism, Down Syndrome, Dyslexia, PTSD and ADHD and to appear in the video along with their siblings. That is the advice that you have probably been given by one of the trainers or meatheads at your local gym. The thing is, if you want to know how heavy should you lift to get big, it’s actually not bad advice if and only if you pay attention to one very important point. In this video, I’m going to cover the most important thing you should know when it comes to discovering how much weight you should be lifting when trying to get big in the gym. In fact, even when you just want to build better muscles, this advice still applies and always will unless you are competing as a powerlifter. That said, the rule goes like this. If you want to know how much weight you should be lifting you only need to answer with the most you can lift without letting your posture succumb to the load. In other words, if your attempt to lift heavy weights makes your back crumble under a squat, or your knees cave in during a deadlift for example then you are lifting too heavy. The main goal when trying to determine how heavy you should lift or how much weight to use on an exercise is to maintain proper posture under load. It is very easy to maintain a perfect posture on a squat when you are doing a bodyweight version of the exercise. Throw a bar on your back and add a couple of plates and everything could change. The big mistake you can make is thinking that just because your bodyweight squat is performed in good form that you are qualified to do weighted squats. This isn’t automatically the case. If your posture rounds or breaks down as soon as you add a load you might want to reconsider the weight you are using if you want to stave off gym injuries. I’m not even talking about the injuries that happen on one single rep. I’m referring to those that occur over time as a result of the repetitive breakdown that comes from stringing too many ill performed reps together from workout to workout. If on the other hand you can perform a lift while maintaining proper posture but feel comfortable with the weights you are using so you don’t add any weight to the bar, this is just as big a mistake. You must try at every opportunity to add more weight to your exercises if you want to develop into a bigger, faster or stronger version of you today than you were yesterday. If you add weight and your form breaks, then drop back slightly and work with the weights you can handle with good form as you aim to increase the reps you can do with it. Once you get strong enough to handle the load of the new weight, you’re off and running and will have achieved progressive strength and likely size gains. "The bench press, the incline bench press at different angles, and the dumbbell flye." Back: "For back, I did chin-ups, bent-over barbell and dumbbell rows, and the T-bar row. Any kind of rowing movement will give you that thickness. Those are the exercises I relied on from the beginning of my career to the end." Arms: Arnold relied on the barbell curl to build thick biceps, but he also used incline dumbbell curls and concentration curls to isolate his biceps. "For triceps," Arnold says, "we did a lot of narrow [close-grip] bench press in the early days. And then triceps push downs and overhead triceps extensions later." Shoulders: Arnold's shoulders were built by barbell presses, behind-the-neck barbell presses, lateral raises, military presses, and dumbbell presses. "We always did presses behind the neck and a special dumbbell press which would stretch out the front delt at the bottom and fully flex it at the top. Now those are called Arnold presses." You Are Losing Fat, You Just Don’t Realize it Weight loss isn’t a linear process. If you weigh yourself every day, then there will be days where the scale goes down, other days where it goes up. It doesn’t mean that the diet isn’t working, as long as the general trend is going downwards. Many people lose a lot of weight in the first week of low-carbing, but it is mostly water weight. Weight loss will slow down significantly after that initial phase. Of course, losing weight is not the same as losing fat. It is possible, especially if you’re new to weight lifting, that you are gaining muscle at the same time that you’re losing fat. To make sure that you’re losing, use something other than just the scale (which is a big, fat liar). Use a measuring tape to measure your waist circumference and have your body fat percentage measured every month or so. Also, take pictures. Take note of how your clothes fit. If you’re looking thinner and your clothes are looser, then you ARE losing fat no matter what the scale says. Bottom Line: Weight loss isn’t linear and there’s a lot more to weight than just body fat. Be patient and use other ways of measuring than just the scale. 2. You’re Not Cutting Back on Carbohydrates Enough Teenage Girl Eating Fruit Some people are more carb sensitive than others. If you’re eating low-carb and your weight starts to plateau, then you may want to cut back on carbs even further. In that case, go under 50 grams of carbs per day. When you go under 50 grams per day then you’re going to have to eliminate most fruits from your diet, although you can have berries in small amounts. If that doesn’t work either, going under 20 grams temporarily can work… eating just protein, healthy fats and leafy green vegetables. To make sure that you’re really eating low-carb, create a free account on Fitday and log your food intake for a while. Bottom Line: If you are carb sensitive, then you may want to temporarily eliminate fruits and eat less than 50 grams of carbs per day. 3. You’re Stressed All The Time Unfortunately, it isn’t always enough to just eat healthy and exercise. We need to make sure that our bodies are functioning optimally and that our hormonal environment is favorable. Stressed Businesswoman Being stressed all the time keeps the body in a constant state of “fight or flight” – with elevated levels of stress hormones like cortisol. Having chronically elevated cortisol levels can increase your hunger and cravings for unhealthy foods (1, 2). If you want to cut back on stress, try meditation and deep breathing exercises. Cut back on distractions like Facebook and news media, read more books instead. Bottom Line: Chronic stress can have negative effects on your hormonal environment, making you hungrier and preventing you from losing weight. 4. You’re Not Eating Real Food Grilled Steak A low-carb diet is about more than just lowering your intake of carbs. You have to replace those carbohydrates with real, nutritious foods. Throw away all processed low-carb products like Atkins bars, they are not real food and they are NOT good for your health. Stick to meats, fish, eggs, vegetables and healthy fats if you need to lose weight. Also, “treats” like paleo cookies and brownies can cause problems even though they’re made with healthy ingredients. They should be considered as occasional treats, not something you eat every day. What is also important is to eat enough FAT. If you try to cut back on carbs AND fat, you will end up ravenously hungry and feel like crap. Eating a diet with nothing but protein is a very bad idea. Low-carb, high-fat and moderate protein is the way to go if you want to get into ketosis, which is the optimal hormonal environment to burn body fat. Bottom Line: You need to replace the carbs with real, nutritious foods. To lose weight, stick to meats, fish, eggs, healthy fats and vegetables. Best Chest Workout For Women At Gym @ https://www.youtube.com/c/Stylecrazefitness I’m sure all of you would want to know how to get a perfectly shaped physique, but wonder how to go about it. If you are aiming at a particular area of your body that you want to define, there are certain exercises that can give you a complete transformation. Let us have a look at some of the chest exercises that give your upper body region a proper definition: # Barbell Bench Press: For this workout you must lie down on a bench on your back. Now hold the barbell with both the hands maintaining a good grip. You must see to it that the barbell is held in such a way that it is not more than your shoulder width. Now raise the barbell above the chest and keep your hands stretched completely. The elbows should be close to the body. Hold the position for a few seconds before you lower the barbell. Then slowly begin to lower the barbell back from where you had begun. Repeat this exercise 10-15 times for best results. # Incline Barbell Exercise: This workout requires you to lie down on your back on a bench that is slightly inclined at maybe a 45 degree angle. Now start lifting the barbell from the rack above your chest. Lock your arms and hold that position for a few seconds. Then as you begin breathing in, lower the barbell to the starting position. Pause for a few seconds and then using the chest muscles again raise the barbell above the chest. Repeat this process 10-15 times and relax. # Body Weight Flies: Place two bars with equal weights on the ground next to each other. Begin with a push up position with the body weight entirely on the hands and toes. Make sure the body in straight. Now place the hands on the bars and slowly move them away from the midline of your body rolling the bars away from each other. Roll the bars as far as you can and once you feel you are done, and then pull the bars back to the position from where you started while exhaling. Repeat 8-10 times or even more. I made up every excuse I could think of to get out of squatting: they're bad for the knees, they're bad for the back, they're hard. I escaped squats by doing every other leg exercise I could think of, but my legs were still tiny. One day I had an epiphany. I was sick of having little legs, so I made a goal to squat over 500 pounds for reps. I assumed that amount of weight would give me the big legs I wanted. After years and years of work and learning proper technique and programming, I did squat over 500 pounds for reps. Today, my one-rep max (1RM) is 655 pounds. I'm happy to report that, after all that work and all that weight, my legs are no longer twigs. If you want big legs, there's one rule: you gotta squat! Don't go running to the nearest rack without watching this video first. I'm going to teach you tips and techniques I've learned over the years from working with some of the top coaches in the world, guys like powerlifter Ben Esgro, USAPL World Team Head Coach Matt Gary, and Dr. Mike Zourdos. They will help you squat big weights more safely and effectively. HOW TO SQUAT EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO CONSIDER EQUIPMENT Equipment can make a big difference in your squat performance, especially when you're under a lot of weight. Here are a few things you can put on that can make you a better squatter. FOOTWEAR The purpose of a tennis shoe is to distribute your weight evenly and to cushion your foot. But, in a squat, you're pushing down against the earth. Physics dictate that the earth presses back up. If you use a cushioned shoe, you'll lose some of that energy transfer. It's also going to make you unstable. Those of you who do squat in sneakers may find that your knees cave in and that you feel wobbly. At minimum, you need to use a hard-soled shoe. Converse All-Stars are a great choice. I also like weightlifting shoes. The great thing about weightlifting shoes is that they have a hard sole and an elevated heel. The elevated heel puts you in a more ergonomic position for squatting, allowing you to push of your heel and mid-foot better. BELT A sturdy weight belt can make a huge difference in your squat. A good belt will give your core something to brace against, will protect your lower back, and will keep you more upright. The rumor that wearing a belt will weaken your core is just plain wrong. Research shows that wearing a belt will actually give you more core activation because it provides your core with something to push against. Most people wear their belts too low. A lifting belt doesn't go around your waist, but around where your abdominal wall will push out. So, find where your abdominal wall pushes out, and then put your belt around that area. I recommend buying a sturdy, buckle belt that's at least 10-13 millimeters thick and 4 inches wide. KNEE WRAPS OR SLEEVES Knee wraps and sleeves help keep your knees warm and provide some extra support. I prefer knee sleeves to wraps because they're quicker and easier to get on and off, and there's some evidence that wraps can put too much pressure on the patella. I also like to know that it's me moving the weight, and that I'm not getting a PR because of knee wraps.
